The Whiny Ghost Looking For the Meaning of Death
"Oh, come on. You don't know what it's like being dead. All the things you miss. Like those hot dog vendors on Yonge Street. You know I haven't had a hot dog in years. God. I am going to spend the rest of eternity without a single hot dog. That's almost unthinkable.
"I don't know why I didn't go to heaven, or Nirvana, or the happy hunting grounds. Heck, I would'a been happy if I'd just reincarnated or something. But no. I'm stuck hanging around here. And don't give me that story about how I'm still around 'cause I have some unfinished business to attend to. I just don't buy that.
"Did you know that Queen's Park used to be a mental asylum? There are some ghosts that hang around there. Three of them are stark raving mad. If they're still around because they have unfinished business, then how the heck are they supposed to revolve that stuff when they're, frankly, bonkers? It just doesn't make sense."
Comments: The Ghost tends to avoid people. Often, when they notice that he's slightly see-through, they get upset and over-react. He spends a lot of time in the subway.
The circumstances of The Ghost's death are yet to be revealed.
Special Abilities: Like all spirits, the Ghost is non-corporeal. He doesn't have too much control over his non-corporealness, and can't touch anything. Ever. He's not invisible, but he is vaguely translucent. This is most noticeable in bright light, but is visible to anyone who is paying attention.
The Ghost must return to the place of his death, or he starts taking damage. He doesn't know what happens if he stays away for too long. He doesn't want to find out. But it hurts if he stays away for too long.
Identifying Quote: "W-w-w-wait a minute. I... I need to get back to the subway."
